hello, again. this post is about good friday. now, you may wonder ” what the heck is good friday”.good friday is about when jesus was killed on the cross!!! first jesus got beaten by a whip 40 times. youch, thats gotta hurt. then he had to carry his own 150 pound cross for a few miles with it RUBBING on his BEATEN BACK. ouch again. that’s not all. then he had to have nails driven through the very bottom of his hand on both of his hands. oh yeah, i forgot to tell you, he probably had to have his second arms bones disconnected at the armpit so it could reach both sides. then his feet had to over lap each other and a nail driven through that. then the guards threw dice to decide who got his clothes. then they broke his legs so he wouldnt be able to breath and he would die!!! he died for you and me and everyone!!!!! read the story at this link or the one up there. heres the future in psalm 22 link.
hello, drew again. DW4A stands for Duct-tape Wallets 4 Africa. a lot of people may know that africa is in bad times. most people are starving so much they don’t want to even move. so little water that they can’t even cry. what some friends and i are doing is we are going to make (& sell!) wallets in all colors. here’s the thing though, they are going to be made out of DUCT TAPE. we are going to sell them for $3 a piece and then we are going to send our proceeds to africa to raise money for wells and food.
hello everyone! my name is Drew and i’m a rebelutionary. a rebelutionary is someone who rebels against low expectations.
this is my new blog about my own rebelution and some of the “hard things” me and my friends are doing. my parents got me a book called “do hard things“. it’s a book about teens rebelling against low expectations. the book was so good that i just couldnt put it down. it was an easy read and i got so much from reading it. societies low expectations are that kids are fine sitting on the couch and playing video games, watching tv, or even just reading all the time and that being OK ’cause they’re young. then they do some home work for school, have dinner, and then go to bed. repeat the next day… we can do more than that! teens can do so much if they just work at it.
